About Orange County Criminal History

Orange County criminal records are divided among the Clerk, law-enforcement agencies, county Corrections, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the Florida Department of Corrections, and the Florida Sexual Offenders and Predators Search. This privately operated resource organizes the official portals, addresses, and phone numbers so readers can identify the office that holds the record they need.

Why We Built This Site

Florida provides broad access to many government records, yet Orange County has several distinct custodians. The Clerk maintains criminal case dockets and court documents. Orange County Corrections runs the jail list and holds booking material, while the Sheriff's Office and city police departments keep the reports they create. FDLE maintains the central state repository and offender registry. We organize verified contacts, official search routes, fees, and request steps without pretending those separate files form one database.

What You Will Find Here

  • Record routes: how Orange County criminal case, arrest, jail, and registry files are found
  • Official checks: how FDLE name searches, personal reviews, and purpose-specific fingerprint checks differ
  • Agency contacts: where to reach the Clerk, OCSO, Orange County Corrections, and state systems
  • Record remedies: where Florida's court-ordered sealing and expunction process begins

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Florida court, sheriff's office, police department, county office, or state agency. Those limits matter:

  • We cannot run an official background check or pull a criminal record for anyone
  • We cannot file expungement petitions, records requests, or any other paperwork on your behalf
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any criminal record, court document, or rap sheet
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific charge or case applies to you
  • We cannot promise that a fee, phone number, address, or agency page has not changed

Only the originating office, such as the Clerk, OCSO, Orange County Corrections, a city police department, or FDLE, can issue its official record.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. They control their own services, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that helps support the resource. We do not set the provider's charges, keep its criminal-record results, or control what it returns.
